Vintage Shop Service Tool , used in service shop; I have been unable to identify
TOOL, reaching….loosening, removal, tightening ??? unsure

No visible part number.
This tool is from an OMC Service Shop that serviced primarily outboard motors but also stern drive engines, mostly 1950’s thru 1980’s.
Not sure of the reason / function of this tool.
The shaft turns to the left (left threaded) until the bracket on the end secures against the stop.
Which I believe would reason that this is to loosen a hard-to-reach part.
I have displayed many photos with measurements and features, hoping it can be identified and someone can use it.
