The screen has very light keyboard impressions. These can mainly be seen when the screen is off and do not really affect normal viewing/use
Operating System
This device has a new install of macOS 11 Big Sur setup with an admin account. We will provide the buyer with the username and password. If you would like us to factory reset the OS for you, please message us directly after purchasing or leave us a note at checkout, otherwise it will be sent with the admin account we have setup.
Shipping
We will ship it fully insured via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. It will be sent with a signature on delivery within 1 business day and we will upload the tracking number. We have added a few expedited FedEx options as well.
Any item purchased by 2 P.M. Eastern on a business day will be shipped the same day. If it is purchased after that time it will be shipped the next business day. If you are using a package forwarding address please message us prior to purchase or we may cancel your order.

This item has been throughly inspected, tested, and comes with our 60-day warranty policy which covers Hardware related issues. The warranty begins on the day the item is delivered. If you are experiencing any Software issues please contact us and we would be more than happy to help you. Any liquid damage, abuse, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty and will void your warranty. If your device was opened, repaired, or upgraded by you or any third party this will also void your warranty. The warranty is only valid within the United States and does not apply to international purchases. The device must be returned in the same condition that it was received. We have the option to repair, replace, or refund. Please contact us within the 60-day period to report any issues.
