    1940’S TAYLOR TOT STROLLER FRONT WHEELS/TIRES/AXLE ASSEMBLY WITH METAL FENDERS. The metal parts are straight and still solid. The tires are dry and cracking. The bumper pads are also dry and will break off easily. This is off of one of the earlier 1940's Taylor Tot Strollers that were made with the metal fenders over the tires and the heavier handle.
