SOLD AS IS.  FRAME DAMAGED VEHICLE.  SELLING IT AS A PARTS VEHICLE.
CAR MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 3 DAYS.
Must send deposit of 0 immediate if winner of auction.
I purchased this vehicle last summer for a total of 29 with all fees.   However my body shop had told me the repair cost on this vehicle exceeds its marketable value.   I am going to cut my losses and sell this car as it for parts here on ebay at a no reserve price to make room for other projects.   I have a clear New York State title to go with the vehicle, I have not titled it and I will not be able to.    You can use the title to prove ownership for the parts and easily dispose of it when you are done with it to a recycler.    The car does start and run briefly with a jump because it will need a new battery.  NEEDS A NEW BATTERY.      I could probably get it up on the trailer for you, may need to add air in one or two of the tires.   However the passenger right wheel pulley is
rubbing
the
chassis so you can not run the car for more then a few seconds.   The hybrid battery on the vehicle is intact!   The engine is good on the car.
LOCAL PICKUP ONLY.   TRANSPORT TO BE PAID BY BUYER.
TOW AWAY ON SINGLE CAR TRAILER, ROLL BACK, OR TOW DOLLY.
CAR TO be picked up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Payment for this vehicle can only be made using secure funds.  CASH accepted.
VENMO and ZELLE accepted but you must check the maximum transfer limits before coming to pickup the car.
Certified checks accepted (may need to be cleared).  I CAN NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.  PAYPAL CAN NOT BE USED TO PAY FOR THE BALANCE OF THE VEHICLE.  NO CREDIT CARD CHECKS.  NO PROFESSIONAL OR PERSONAL FINANCING.  NO TRADES.  NO PAYMENT PLANS.   If any of this contract is breached your deposit will be forfeited.
If vehicle is not picked up with 15 days there will be a a day storage fee on the vehicle.   If the vehicle is not picked up within 30 days all funds submitted will be forfeited.   The seller will not be able to reimbursed the seller for any fees or cost of transporting this vehicle, paperwork cost on this vehicle, or any repairs made on this vehicle after delivery.   Any fines and towing charges will be the buyers
responsibly
after the sale.
