“Runs, Drives & Looks Excellent, I purchased this vehicle from an insurance company as a theft recovery. This Vehicle was never involved in an accident. This Vehicle
was paid off to the previous owner only due to THEFT & no accident history! This vehicle was just serviced and has a new multipoint safety inspection that can be provided to you. Maryland State Law requires all vehicles purchased from an insurance company to be inspected by Maryland State Police.
Once Maryland State Police inspected the vehicle they stamp & seal the title for us, next step was to take the documents to Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration for a new title. The MVA issues a new title with a "rebuilt" indication next to the title number. The title on this vehicle is a regular Maryland blue title with a "Rebuilt" indication next to the title #.” This vehicle passed both the strict road and safety state inspection of State of Maryland and Maryland State Police."
