Combined Shipping/
Local Pick Up
We do not offer combined shipping or Local Pick Up. We have numerous unpaid volunteers that work on different days and shifts. Coordinating arrivals or combining sold items is difficult, costly and time consuming.
Refund/Return
Policy
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of the item. We will strive to remedy the problem.
If the item you receive is not as we described it, you will be refunded the purchase price, original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
If you’re returning an item for any other reason and we agree to accept the return, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.  Once we receive the item, we will refund only the purchase price of the item.  We will not refund the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost.
