This device has a new install of macOS 11 Big Sur setup with NO account. If you need us to setup an Admin account, we can do so at no charge and provide detailed documentation on how to change the Admin Password when you receive the item.If you would like us to factory reset the OS for you, please message us directly after purchasing or leave us a note at checkout, otherwise it will be sent with the admin account we have setup.
Shipping
We will ship it fully insured via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. It will be sent with a signature on delivery within 1 business day and we will upload the tracking number. We have added a few expedited FedEx options as well.
