    Description

    WELCOME to NAMCmopar's on-line store
    !
We have this very rare and pretty darn cool vintage child's stroller
carriage that is fully collapsible. This is metal and seems to be the bare bones structure needing a seat pad bottom
and back cushion as well as stroller canopy. The large wheels measure 10" and there are springs for the seat bottom,
this is what tells me that it's a child's
stroller and not a toy doll stroller.
Doing my research, and with help from so many on eBay (thank you!) this may be an ALLWIN stroller/pram:
AllWin folding/collapsible baby go-cart stroller. c.1908-10. Made by Sidway Mercantile Company, Elkhart, Indiana. Black steel frame; steel handle with wood grip and nickle corners. Black cloth upholstery on hood, seat, back, and foot well. Steel & rubber spoke wheels with back left foot brake. Leather seat strap. Purchased by donors at an auction in Hutchinson. In June 1905 Charles A. Sidway came to Elkhart, Indiana and established the Sidway Mercantile Company. The firm incorporated in May 1906 and sold folding baby carriages world-wide. The strollers are know as the "Go-cart from Elkart".
Date is estimated at very early 1900's -we cannot find one like it!
RARE!  Don't let this get away!
