This item is an ANTIQUE STREAMLINE WICKER STROLLER BABY BUGGY.
The stroller baby buggy has an adjustable head piece and foot piece.
There is no name brand on it that I can see however it looks just like the strollers on ebay that are made in Germany from 1945 to 1955.
MADE IN WEST GERMANY I BELIEVE but not absolutely sure.
