This item was bought from my grand father in Iowa many years ago.
    He collected and sold Antiques.
He had many buggies and back in the 70/80's the women would dress up
and walk with all his Antique  buggies in the town
    parade.
I imagine he got most of his buggies in Iowa or the surrounding states.
