antique wicker baby carriage buggy.
Strong & sturdy for the most part. We reinforced the seat, so its very strong now, can hold weight. I put a one year old in it many times for photos. Would be GREAT as a doll or teddy bear display, the only thing missing is the handle. (Takes up less room ) I pushed it using the higher knobs instead of a handle. Top of the line —-
THE HEYWOOD , see brass plate. This carriage is still old and somewhat fragile as all 100 year old wicker is.
The close to original tires are red rubber in front, black rubber in back.
Good uses would be store front window display, guest room filled with collectables, or red white & blue streamers for the kids July 4th parade ..
PS - there are a few curly Q’s missing here & there, but difficult to notice / and could also be replaced ..
