Everything will be factory reset and all personal files of mine will be removed. Software-wise, It will be like receiving a laptop directly from the store and will be up and ready to be customized by you (either as a new machine or restored through a variety of ways that Apple provides). The device itself has minor signs of use but is 100% operational and is probably around an 8/10 in terms of condition. Please note that a wall charger is NOT included (it uses a USB-C type charger and you'll want to get one with higher wattage support).
The laptop was well taken care of and was used primarily as a backup business machine with a dock and stand. It was rarely removed from the desk aside from when Apple offered to replace the battery, keyboard and touch bar for free under an under-warranty recall.
The MacBook Pro will be shipped to you with adequate padding and in a secure package that will reach you in excellent shape. We will also be adding shipping insurance and signature confirmation at no additional cost to you.
