Using our in-house test motherboard this unit passed all on-board diagnostics including in house tests of the webcam, bluetooth, audio, USB ports, Wi-Fi, keyboard, touchpad and touchbar. The touch ID is unable to be tested due to our test motherboards not matching the power button. You will need to transfer the power button (Touch ID) that matches your logic board in order for this to work. This unit is shipping without the logic board and is to be used as a replacement or for parts. None of the screws or cable clamps that hold the logic board or display cable down will be included.
The back right corner of this unit has a dent (see photo) and along the left edge (also see photo). The rest of this unit has minor surface scratches and dings and nicks along the edges from normal everyday use.
A/C adapter and the 6 bottom screws are not included.

Customer is Responsible for being home or arranging Delivery. If package is returned Shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. If returned due to no one home for delivery Shipping will have to be paid again prior to Reshipping the Item. Please be aware as we USE NEW SHIPPING MATERIALS for every Package you may notice a small Handling Fee added into each listing to cover costs of New Boxes as well as any antistatic bags, Bubble Wrap or Foam Packaging.

Return Policy

We will exchange defective or damaged products within the warranty period. This is usually 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Any problem with an item must be reported within warranty period.
If items are damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package in order to file a claim with shipper. (PLEASE RETAIN ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS FOR CLAIM PICKUP)
If you are returning item by choice within the 30 day period, customer is responsible for shipping cost.
Shipping costs are Non Refundable.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any RMA shipping costs. Any replacement shipping costs will be covered by PC Server and Parts.
DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS BACK WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER OR THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
