As-Is for Parts/Repairs Broken LATEST MODEL 2019 Retina Touch Bar Apple MacBook Pro 16" 2.6GHz i7 16GB RAM 512GB SSD
This had some type of liquid spill. We transferred the logic board and its Touch ID power button to a functional and tested silver top case and screen. We were able to test this case with a good logic board and everything works so if you're able to get the logic board repaired and working this would be a functional computer. The bottom plate is not the original one. When we plug it in, the trackpad will get power and the click works but nothing else happens. The logic board appears to have been worked on slightly by someone but it seems intact from what I can see (See pictures).
We weren't able to independently verify this has been removed from the owner's iCloud account but he sent us a screenshot of it in his account, and then one the next day where it was removed from his account (see pictures). He seems very trustworthy and I'm assuming it's been removed but I can't know for sure until it's been turned on. If you're able to fix it and it's locked we can try to get it removed using the email address it will give you. I can't guarantee it will happen, but we can talk to the customer and have him work on it.
The screen is functional. When we tested it with a good board, it worked and the webcam worked. There is some blemishing/staining in a few areas. It's fully usable, but for certain people or situations it might be a problem. I used this case for a year with this screen (with a different good logic board), watched movies, used it for video editing etc. and it was fine for me. The keyboard, trackpad and Touch Bar were all tested with a good logic board and are fully functional. The battery was also tested with a good board and is good.
