Its lile a walker but not a walker- the baby sits and  baby's feet cannot reach the ground.
Sold as is as a collectable. It looks lile its isable, but Im not sure what the modern saftey standards are and the buyer is liable to inspect its sturdiness for themself and decide how theyd lile to use this.
Metal Legs w wheels adjust up and down to I think 3 different lengths.
Comes apart easy for compact traveling.
