ELLERMANN, German VINTAGE WICKER Doll BUGGY fine condition,chrome bumpers, RARE

Description

This is a lovely and  charming child's WICKER doll buggy made in Phillippsburg-Baden, Germany
by the ELLERMANN  COMPANY in possibly the 1930's or 40's....please let me know if any one knows for sure.
I purchased it in an antique mall in 1990, and enjoyed it holding my childhood dolls.
It is in very good condition, and the only thing that I had to reinforce the four short leather
straps that attach the wheels to the undercarriage.  Otherwise it is still in the same condition as the
day it was purchased.  It also includes 2 mattress pads and 2 (different )pillows. It  does not have the
the small Company name plate, which I saw on the only other buggy I have ever seen in 30 years.
It measures approximately 3 feet in length including the handle; the body is about 29" long.
The hood at it widest is about 15", and it is about 26" tall at the handle.
It is from a non-smoking home.
