You are purchasing an individual bead/charm that is handmade by May Tagher, a Kentucky Crafted Artisan (bracelet shown so you can see how it appears).  The bead is compatible with Pandora, Troll, Chamelia, and other add-a-bead style charm bracelets.
The beads are available in 2 sizes -- Small and Large.  The smaller size is more consistent with bracelets that have mostly small sterling silver beads.  The larger bead looks great as a stand alone "focal" bead on a bracelet or necklace or as part of a bracelet that has the larger bling and glass beads.  The hole size is the same (5mm) on both size beads so both sizes will fit on nearly all charm bracelets.
Each bead is made one at a time with care. There could be slight variations as to the placement of the image on the bead. I always use my best judgement as to where and how the image is applied to the core bead.   They are finished with a sterling core and buffed to a high gloss sheen.
Please Note: With each bead being made one at a time and by hand there will be slight variations in each bead such as the placement of the image on the bead.  Each bead goes through my hands and seen with my eyes to ensure that the bead is gift giving quality and worthy as a feature of your bracelet.

About MAYcreations:
May Tagher is a Kentucky Crafted Artisan and founded MAYcreations in 2004.  The company is built on the premise to help businesses, charities, awareness foundations, teams, schools, and others to raise sales, money, and awareness by offering custom or stock product built to precision specifications.  Our MAYselect beads are individual beads hand made of polymer clay and .925 sterling silver through a process known as "millefiori".  Typically, millefiori polymer clay beads are flower designs but we have developed a proprietary technique we refer to as "precision caning" and are now producing designs never before seen.  There are very few artisans capable of producing accurate logos and legible texts within polymer clay beads and MAYcreations is proud to be a leader in this process.
How it's made:
Polymer clay is machined through a glorified pasta maker to soften, mix colors and powders, and to and ensure workability.  The design is then "built" from the inside out, layering slices and pieces of clay on top and around each other producing what is referred to as a "cane".
The cane begins at several inches in diameter, multiple inches thick, and is pulled until thin while still maintaining the cross section's design.  It is then cut and manipulated into various styles of beads and designs.  Although each bead is very slightly different it is amazing that the designs maintain nearly all of their integrity throughout the manufacturing process. Although each bead is made one at a time, the process allows (and demands) that when making a cane it will ultimately produce several hundred beads.
This technique, referred to as "millefiori" technique has been around for thousands of years, primarily utilizing glass, and only recently has been used to reproduce imagery and patterns to produce glasswork-like beads.
