1.The item is sent in scattered components with assembly tutorials.The components will be welded by the buyer.  Basic circuit & welding knowledge is required,so it has some difficulty.If you can weld, Pls use a universal meter.
2.Special Note: After welding, the loose parts cannot be suspended immediately and need to be debugged. Once the parts have been welded by themselves, they are not allowed to be returned or exchanged, so think clearly before you buy it.
