You can reactivate the program every 45 days via the Mercury online server. This is done automatically during program startup and Internet connection. The dealer's number is not needed.
Note: I attached a screenshot from the program where you can check the supported models. It will work with the latest Mercury models that support the CAN Protocol, I think it will not work with older Mercury models.
The program contains a huge database of service manuals and service bulletins. It will be a great helper for engine repair and maintenance.

CDS G3 is a standalone PC based program that complements the original Mercury Computer Diagnostic System (CDS) by providing diagnostic support for select engines and Mercury Joystick Piloting systems. Additionally, all configuration functions necessary for preparing these systems for delivery are also supported. CDS G3 allows for CAN based multiple processor communication through a clean, easy to navigate interface.
You will only get what you see in the photo and power adapter. Returns will not be accepted.
