Item purchased in France and has been in storage for nearly 25 years.
Also, MADE IN FRANCE.
Very good quality, so in very good shape for its age!
It actually has a CHROME PLATED CHASSIS to protect against rust/oxidation.  There is none.
This is great baby gear for WINTER WALKS! (see photos with winter cover and see through panel).
Blue Plaid - we used for our boy and girl, and used it a lot, but you wouldn't notice much, if any, wear and tear!
We even have the original

cardboard box, the quick guide, and original instructions (see photos).

The CHROME PLATED CHASSIS collapses into a very manageable size (see photo).

1) Baby Buggy - the unit can face either direction - forward or rearward
2) Stroller - the unit can face either direction - forward or rearward at two different angles (see instructions)
3) Baby Cot - no need to bring another "bed" on trips - suitable for infants.  Mattress can be removed and washable! (see instructions)

website (France) and it doesn't look like they offer anything quite like this anymore ???
This is a highly engineered piece of equipment to be so versatile and allow the various positiions/orientations of infant/child!
