For your consideration is this Reliance Controls ProTran Transfer Switch Panel.  The metal coil that covers the wires is missing.  The wires also appear to be cut shorter.  The knockout is missing to the underside of the panel (please see pictures).  I have not opened or tested the transfer switch panel.  This is why I am selling it as-is with no returns.
