Baby Measures aprox. 23 inches tall.
Cotton Christening gown is aprox. 30 inches long
Sweet Precious Baby Doll! I do not know whom the maker was, nor do I know much about the doll. Her body is made of rubber and from what I have compared it to on ebay and outside sources, I think her rubber body would be considered good condition. The biggest flaw on her rubber body is located around the neck. Other than this, I don't see any holes on the rubber body.  She has on single line ink mark on the right side of her right foot. The rubber does look a tad bit dirty and I would have tried cleaning it but not sure what the best way to clean rubber and decided it was in the best interest of the doll to leave as is. The babies arms and head, I believe are composition.  I did try cleaning the dolls face and it helped alot but still think the doll could benefit from a deeper cleaning. There are some scratches to the dolls face, some rubs to the molded hair.  Her arms & hands are crackled. The babies eyes open and shut and it's head turns. The gown, I am not sure of it's age but have a feeling its fairly old. The gown does have a stain and probably is not as white as it once was. Homemade Booties and Cap adorn this Baby.
I think the rubber body on this doll ~is truly amazing~ that it has stayed in such good condition over the years is incredible. 10 Little Toes, A well padded Hiney, and a Precious Baby Face!, this baby is ready for your collections.
