Press-in and removal tools for RUTGERSON super-rings. The installation tools are made of tool steel, hard chromium-plated and hardened. The tools for 10 and 12mm can be used for manual insertion or for pressing with a hydraulic press. The 55mm ring is pressed in two steps, the corresponding insertion tool consists of 3 parts. In order to achieve uniformly good results, it is particularly important to keep the tools clean and to maintain them. Do not try to use RUTGERSON Super-Rings with other tools, but do not try to squeeze other rings with the RUTGERSON tools.
Hold on to the squeeze table below. This prevents damage to the tools.
In the case of sail repairs it is sometimes necessary to remove old rings and replace them with new ones. In the case of RUTGERSON super-rings, this is no problem. RUTGERSON offers you special extrusion tools (RP) that remove the rings in conjunction with the hydraulic press. Use these special tools only for RUTGERSON rings and make sure that the pressure does not become too high. This is the only way to avoid damage to the tools. Another tip: Spray the center part of the ring with a spraying grease before pressing it out. The tool and the center piece can be separated more easily.

We only ship to the address specified on eBay during the checkout. If we ship your item to your old or invalid address and it returns back as unclaimed in its original condition, the item"s cost refund will only be issued.
