Magnets do stick
to Model 3 and Y trunk lid (steel),
but NOT to the Model S/X
trunk lid (aluminum) - at least, tested with a 2016 Model X vs a 2018 Model 3 and a Model Y. Be careful with car washes too, as a pressure washer spray will blow it right off! Shipped with USPS First Class with tracking (US only). Canada shipments still go letter-and-stamp. USPS tracking is fairly expensive, which is why this typically wasn't offered in the past, however USPS has been losing about 50% of the items I've shipped (with and without tracking), so this is the only way to keep offering them.
