This tool is from an OMC Service Shop that serviced primarily outboard motors but also stern drive engines, mostly 1950’s thru 1980’s.

I’ve been unable to reference this tool for exact function or applications, but it appears to be a remover or installer; possibly bushing, seal, bearing, or other.
