Vintage Carriage Throw, Bison/Buffalo J.H. Bishop Co. Turn Of Century Rare

This item is a nice heavy carriage throw from the J.H. Bishop Co. The skin is Bison/Buffalo and there is one small piece missing on an edge probably 2"-3" square or so, there are also 2 spots where the stitching has let go along the hide edge. That should be just a sewing matter. The piece is very heavy and was used near the turn of the century during the transition from horse drawn to motorized carriages. The dimensions are 51" x 62" with the blanket extending out beyond the hide portion. The hide itself is about 48" x 60". The actual weight of the item is around 13 lbs.
