VINTAGE ELASTOLIN RITTERBURG HAUSSER LARGE CASTLE SCENE W/ DRAWBRIDGE ~
Very nice classic hand-painted original Vintage Elastolin Ritterburg Hausser Castle Village Scene dating from 1950s or 60s -- pairs great with toy soldiers old and new. Approximate size is 17.5 X 25". Made in Germany of one piece vacuum plastic and hand-painted. It has a working metal drawbridge with metal retracting and lowering chains. The drawbridge functions as normal, both hand cranks on either side function normally.
So in 12 pictures I am trying to show that there is only a few conditional issues. The plastic mold itself is entirely there without chips or breaks. Paint has come off the front corners and along the side. At the top of the tallest chimney there is a small hole on the rim. It does not have paint. This probably held a flag. No flag included. The moat under the bridge is painted blue with green mixed. There is red paint on a couple windows in the back of the castle. Please check the photos. I believe all of these marks were made when originally hand painted.
