Condition: The screens will open and close with some work and patience as all the tabs seem to be present. As expected, the frames and many of the fans are somewhat bent. They will need some adjustments and cleaning to have a smooth open/close. I have dusted these lightly only. Lots of patina that is very desirable by many, or they could be cleaned for a fresh brass lock. One is missing the finial on top. Both have latches on either side to hold the fan in the closed position.

Vintage Fireplace Peacock Screen
As found in an estate. I was told these were antique, but I cannot confirm that. I have only dusted these lightly leaving any real cleaning up to the winner of this auction, their techniques in doing so as they desire. Lots of patina present on these pieces. Many desire this look so I am keeping these as is. They can use some adjustments to the frames and the fans as they are somewhat bent as seen with most of these. These can be used as they are or someone with the patience and skill can make these some really amazing pieces.
One is more bent than the other, but both could use some adjustments.
Weight of each is about 10lbs.
One with finial is 25" tall
