Vintage MERCURY Marine OEM Tool 91-52393 OUTBOARD BOAT MOTOR ???

Photos show everything. Nothing more to add to the photos, they are the description.  I believe this could be a tool for Mercury outboard motors, but I do not know for sure. I am counting on you knowing when you see it whether it is what you need.  As far as I know, this and the other parts you see in the last photo, (not included in this auction), are NEW OLD STOCK, unused. I can't guarantee that, as I am not the original owner, but they certainly appear to be unused. I offer combined shipping, if you should need or want the other parts you see in photo number 5.
