Description

This Wonderful Vintage French brass "peacock fan" fireplace screen is a beautiful ornate piece when it is open and still quite decorative when closed. This lovely piece has an ornate design on both the front and back.  The design is the same on either side and features a Victorian cameo.
The base is very sturdy with exquisite detail.  The  Finial/handle on the top is a dragon motif  that creates an ornate handle so you can easily pick up.
Each fan piece is attached to the one above it.
This folding screen can be closed and locked when not in use. The intricate detail of the filigree cut-out screen creates an amazing reflection.
