Preowned. Vintage, with rust spots (patina).
Wonderful collectible or lawn and garden art, plant holder.
Sticker on back of seat area should come off with a little bit of Goo Gone.
The top wooden handle (steering wheel) comes off. Looks like a pin or nail has been removed from it.
