All Wooden Wheels with Metal Spokes Turn, Nice Overall Condition, No Rips or Tears in Canvas or Lining, was taken care from My Mom's Collection - No Structural Issues other than Normal Vintage Cosmetic Wear, As-Is(see Photos).
